PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce in backfilling labor and construction time and prevent scouring of the backfilled ground, land subsidence, fracture of a embedded structure and uplift of the embedded structure. SOLUTION: An expansive cylindrical laminated body 50 is formed of a cylindrical laminated body of waste tires which are stuffed with granular substance till the start of volume expansion of the waste tires.
