Device incorporating a circuit with at least one tuning component allows the tuning of the circuit by an irreversible commutation from a conducting state to an insulating state. The tuning component has at least one fusible line allowing the irreversible commutation by an appropriate command as a function of the tuning to be effected. The tuning component is covered at least partially by a Passivation layer. An independent claim is also included for the fabrication of this circuit in which the circuit is tuned by an irreversible commutation from a conducting state to an insulating state.
