PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support license negotiations with right holders of contents in a case of forming a link between a plurality of contents to use them in link.

SOLUTION: This device comprises a means determining an easiness of license acquisition showing the easiness of acquiring the license of an individual content to be linked from a link setting license procedure log, and calculating a content linkability showing the easiness of acquiring a license for link between contents based on the easiness of license acquisition of each content. This device further comprises a means for determining the spatial distance between the contents from the content link degree to visualize it as a content space.
