<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional print positioning technique that setting of a fixed character string or setting of all output items corresponds to entire setting of a design, and this is extremely difficult in an operator level of an event field or the like. <P>SOLUTION: To solve the problem, this electronic form with a printing position adjusting function displayed in a predetermined position on a display screen comprises a function button for setting a printing position to an output medium incorporated on the display screen.
