<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain treated water having high quality by efficiently treating condensed water of exhaust gas from a fuel cell with a small, simple water treatment device easy to operate, and recycle the treated water as water for a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A water treating device treats condensed water of the exhaust gas from the fuel cell by passing through an H type cation exchange tower 1, a decarboxylation tower 2, a membrane deaeration device 3, and an OH type anion exchange tower 4 in order. Air passed through the membrane deaeration device 3 is supplied to the decarboxylation tower 2. Since the decarboxylation treatment is conducted by two steps treatment with the decarboxylation tower 2 and the membrane deaeration device 3, the concentration of carbonic acid is sufficiently decreased, and a load to the decarboxylation of the latter step can be reduced. Since gas to the membrane dearation device 3 and the decarboxylation tower 2 is supplied in one series, only one blower is sufficient to supply gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
