<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for data exchange and means for communication between users. <P>SOLUTION: A slave unit 12 is attached to a user A to acquire vital information about the user A. The acquired vital information is sent to a master unit 11. The master unit 11 infers the emotion of the user A from the received vital information and calculates an evaluation value depending on the emotion. The evaluation value represents the evaluation of a user B by the user A. The master unit 11 selects data corresponding to the calculated evaluation value. The selected data are sent to a master unit 21 of the user B. The data sent, which reflect the emotion of the user A, are data related to the user B, for example, data on an image showing the user B.
