PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when coils are wound to a halved core rotated around its center shaft, while making a flier rotate in winding coils on the halved core conventionally, a range of winding the coils to the halved core is restricted because a nozzle tip provided at a flier tip contacts the end of the rotating halved core. SOLUTION: The halved core has the coils wound in an array form on the core at high speed with the core fixed and by making the coils sent out of the nozzle tip provided at the flier tip approach the core with the rotating flier and a mechanism of moving the flier at least forward and backward and vertically.
