PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a temperature of a compressor cannot be accurately measured when a dimension of a spatial part has dispersion, when a sensor holding part 4a has a dimension approximately same as an outer shape dimension of the temperature sensor 4, in the worst case, the sensor 4 is not kept into contact with a compressor shell 1a, and further the error is observed in measuring the temperature as the temperature sensor 4 can not be sufficiently pressed because of unsatisfactory molding of a protection cover, as the sensor is fixed at one point when it is fixed by a protective cover bolt. SOLUTION: In a sensor holder 2 having the sensor holding part 4a for holding the temperature sensor 4 in a projected state from its end face by a specific dimension, a sensor holder 2 main body is fixed by a spring so that the sensor holding part 4a is pressed to a temperature measuring part.
