PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate and collect trash floating and flowing in a river into one section by utilizing a float stretched between both banks and force of flow of the river to prevent it from flowing out on the downstream side in order to prevent environmental pollution and clean the environment on the downstream side. SOLUTION: A trash recovery reservoir constituted by stretching a device formed by connecting floats on both banks of the river obliquely and letting stream of the river remain in a part at an end of the float on the downstream side is provided. The trash conveyed into the recovery reservoir by mutual action of stream of the river and floats is conveyed onto the ground by a slope or a crane, a belt conveyor or the like installed in the recovery reservoir and is properly disposed to prevent the trash from flowing out onto the downstream side.
