PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract data having characteristics or problems from tabulation data such as multidimensional tabulation data only by selecting a button represented by semantics and value by setting a recognition reference for making common semantics and value recognizable among a plurality of users. SOLUTION: Tabulation data that are a group of data having dimension items, classification items, and numerical items and a rule for recognizing the semantics and value of each data contained in the tabulation data are stored in a storage device, the semantics and value of each data are automatically recognized based on the rule, and a semantics item and a value item storing the recognition result of each data are added to each data to constitute button generation source data.
