PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit design device capable of reducing labor of a circuit designer, and reducing a previously stored data amount of a resistance component. SOLUTION: This circuit design device 1 receives input of a resistance value desired by a user, so that combination of electrical conductivity, thickness, width and length of resistance paste including the received resistance value in a range is specified from information stored by a resistance information storage means, and a length causing the resistance value desired by the user in the resistance paste is calculated on the basis of the combination of the electrical conductivity, the thickness, the width and the length of the specified resistance paste. An image of the resistance component comprising the specified resistance paste, terminals disposed apart from the resistance paste in both the sides in the longways direction of the resistance paste, and electroconductive paste covering the terminals and the resistance paste with the calculated length left, and connecting the terminals and the resistance paste is generated.
