PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a temperature when the temperature is high, particularly, in summer season by modifying existing windows and doors formed of glass-assembled fames installed in the wall surface opening parts of a building so that the outside air can be taken therein by a simple construction to replace the air inside the building for freshness. SOLUTION: This device comprises a mesh frame 10 having a mesh frame 9 formed by fitting a mesh 8 on a main frame 7 and a glass screen 13 having a screen frame 12 in which a glass pane 11 is assembled. The mesh frame 10 is fixed to the main frame 7, the inner opening of the main frame 7 is closed by the mesh 8, and the glass screen 13 is joined to the main frame 7 so as to be rotated about near one side thereof so that a glass surface can be overlapped with a screen surface in closing when the glass screen 13 is rotated in one direction and covers the mesh frame 10 and that the glass surface can be separated from the mesh surface in opening when the glass screen 13 is rotated in the opposite direction.
