PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine which enables the mounting of a large pattern display device along with restricted production costs. SOLUTION: In the pachinko game machine PM which has the game board 10 with the playing area PA formed on the front, a front frame 2 which gets the game board 10 housed and held therein being kept erected, a rear set board 90 which is positioned on the rear side of the game board 10 normally covering the front frame 2 and a pattern display device 30 for displaying the figures to match the development of the games, a transparent region SA is so formed as to be made visually recognizable behind it from the front positioned within the playing area PA, an engaging protrusion 97 is provided on either the rear of the rear set board 90 or the pattern display device 30 while a receiving part 34 is so arranged on the other as to be engaged with the engaging protrusion 97. When the rear set board 90 is made to cover the rear of the front frame 2 while the engaging protrusion 97 gets engaged with the receiving part 34, the display part 31a of the pattern display device 30 comes to face the front through the transparent region SA.
