PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like therapeutic tool, easy to use and superior in recyclability, eliminating symptoms such as a headache, the stiffness of the shoulders, lumbago, arthralgia and myalgia. SOLUTION: This sheet-like therapeutic tool stores ore powder in a plastic sheet bag. The sheet-like therapeutic tool is characterized in that the ore powder is fine powder having the average particle size of 0.1 to 5μm for generating a negative ion and a low level radioactive ray even in an ordinary temperature stationary state, and its storage quantity is set to 1 g or less per the bottom area of 1 cm<SP>2</SP>of a sheet.
