PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a juicer preventing large chunks of residuals of food materials from colliding on a receiving member or a lid body. SOLUTION: This juicer 1 grates the food materials, which are supplied from a cylindrical supply opening 34 formed in a lid body 5 and pushed against a grating blade body 16 by a pushing rod 35, by the grating blade and a filter 17 attached to a rotor 13 rotated by an electric motor 9 incorporated in a body 2, and centrifugally separates juice from a trash to provide the juice. This juicer 1 is provided with a plurality of fracture projections 20 annually disposed around the outer circumferential position of the grating blade 16, or the outside of the lower end outer circumference of the cylindrical supply opening 34, so that, when the residuals of ungrated food materials are leaped out from a clearance between the lower end of the supply opening 34 and the grating blade 16 by a centrifugal force, the residuals are finely fractured by colliding with the fracture projections 20. This constitution, even if the residuals collide with the receiving member 4 and the lid body 5, does not generate so much large colliding noise to prevent the user from feeling discomfort.
