PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely operate a first device set at a first point by a second device set at a position apart from the first point, and to reduce the number of times of transmitting/receiving signals between the devices. SOLUTION: A switch of the first device 4 is operated when a player P1 finishes the play at the first point 1. When the switch is operated, the first device 4 announces the prohibition of the play from an announcing means to a following group, and transmits first signals to the second device 4' at prescribed time intervals while the prohibition of the play is being announced. When the player P1 moves from the first point 1 to a second point and finishes the play, a switch of the second device 4' is operated. When the switch is operated, the second device 4' transmits second signals to the first device 4. When the first device 4 receives the second signals, the first device cancels the prohibition of the play from the announcing means.
