PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dressing material with backing material with which a part to be pasted is perfectly hermetically sealed without occurrence of a wrinkle or a gap even in the case of pasting the dressing material to a part which is not flat such as a bending part, a curved part, a waving part. SOLUTION: The dressing material with the backing material is obtained by laminating an adhesive layer on one surface of an elastic support film and laminating the backing material on the other surface in a strippable manner. The dressing material after stripping the backing material has an elongation of 50 to 400% in at least one direction and an elongation recovery ratio of≥80%. The 30% modulus of only the backing material is in a range of not exceeding 1.2 fold of the 30% modulus of the dressing material in the measuring direction of the elongation and the elongation recovery ratio.
