<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar battery capable of easily disposing of gas inside. <P>SOLUTION: The bipolar battery, made of a bipolar electrode made by forming a cathode active material layer 13 on one face each of current collectors 12, 17 and an anode active material layer 14 on the other face each, laminated with an electrolyte in between, is provided with a sealing member 19 arranged between the current collectors so as to surround a unit battery layer constituted by including the adjacent cathode active material layers, the electrolyte, and anode active material layers, and bag-like tabs 20, 50, pulled outside from an inside surrounded by the sealing member and opening inward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
