MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ORGANIC EL DEVICE, ORGANIC EL DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL device capable of suppressing a voltage drop in an electrode and preferably applicable to the size increase of a substrate.

SOLUTION: This organic EL device is composed by forming organic function layers 6 between facing electrodes 3 and 5, and has a plurality of separators 4 for separating the one-side electrodes 3 into band-like forms. A process for forming the one-side electrodes 5 includes: a process for forming electrode films 5a by a deposition method between the plurality of separators 4; and a process for further arranging an electrode material (5a) on the formed electrode films 5a by the deposition method between the plurality of separators 4. Thereby, the electrodes 5 having laminated structures of the plurality of films 5a and 5b are formed.
