<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism filtering device for cleaning the water in a water tank, a pond, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A stream 6 contacting with outer atmosphere by plane contact is generated in the microorganism filtering device, a filtering material 2 expanded in the direction of the stream is placed in the stream 6 for depositing microorganisms, light is applied to the filtering material to proliferate phytoplanktons deposited on the surface of the filtering material 2, and the ammonia and odorous substances generated in the water-cleaning process by aerobic microorganisms proliferated by the aid of oxygen generated by photosynthesis are discharged from the water flowing in contact with outer atmosphere by plane contact to lessen the load on the water-cleaning microorganism and increase the water cleaning effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
