<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement member having strength sufficient for practicable use and has durability by using casting waste sand as a mixing raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The cement admixture contains casting sand of 95 to 100wt% in particles below a grain size 150μm,≤50μm in 50% volume cumulative particle diameter,≥60wt% in the ratio of siliceous component in terms of SiO<SB>2</SB>, and≤5.5wt% ignition loss. The fiber reinforced cement material containing (a) 3 to 30wt% cement admixture, (b) 20 to 40wt% cement, (c) 20 to 45wt% siliceous raw material, (d) 0 to 45wt% filler, and (e) 3 to 15wt% fibrous material. The method for manufacturing the fiber reinforced cement member includes a process of obtaining (1) the hydraulic composition by kneading the fiber reinforced cement material, the cement material, and water, (2) a process of forming a molding by molding the hydraulic composition, and (3) a process of hydrothermally curing the molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
