<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shade for illumination and an illumination fixture wherein a user can change light distribution characteristics arbitrarily. <P>SOLUTION: The shade for the illumination is constituted by separably overlapping a plurality of plastic cardboards 6 to a pedestal 2 on which a metal rod 5 and an electric bulb are mounted. The plastic cardboard 6 has a plastic sheet laminated to both faces of a core material of a ladder state, and is formed so as for light to be penetrated in the direction of a cross sectional face 6a of the core material.
