<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component fixing tool which is applicable to fix plural kinds of optical components different in size to an optical component holder, and to provide an optical component fixing structure using the optical fixing tools. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical component fixing tool 11 formed of a single elastically deformable sheet-shaped member, a base plate part 17 existing between two lines of bending lines and side wall parts 18, 19 raised up from both sides of the base plate part 17 are formed.
