<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small built-in capacitor with high precision capacity which is used for a ceramic multi-layer substrate, and whose occupied area on the ceramic substrate is reduced to the utmost. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic multi-layer substrate is manufactured, by using a laminated ceramic insulating layer, a conductor pattern formed between the insulating layers, a dielectric for forming a capacitor by being in contact with the conductor pattern, and a via penetrating the ceramic insulating layer, in which the electrode of the capacitor is filled with the conductor pattern and conductive paste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
