POWER CONTROLLER, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, AND MOBILE TELEPHONE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the timing of the reset release of a CPU and the timing of power-on of the CPU without requiring aluminum wiring pattern correction.

SOLUTION: A voltage detector 20 detects the start of power supply from a battery 10. When the voltage detector 20 detects the start of power supply, a counter 22 starts the count of the clock of an RTC. A comparator 26 compares a count value M stored in an MONOS 23 with the count value of the counter 22, and when they are matched, a CPU reset release signal is output. A comparator 27 compares a count value N stored in an MONOS 24 with the count value of the counter 22, and when they are matched, a regulator 30 which outputs the I/O power source of the CPU 12 is powered on.
