<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that improves longitudinal crosstalk and a shading defect being as faults of a 1F inversion driving system. <P>SOLUTION: Pixel circuits are arranged in matrix on a panel surface. A horizontal driving circuit 57 generates a signal potential by 1H inversion and outputs it. A vertical driving circuit 56 selects scanning lines so that pixel potentials in upper and lower panel areas of the panel are mutually inverted in polarity in an arbitrary field and the pixel potentials in the respective panel areas are inverted in polarity, field by field, one after another, and writes the signal potential from the horizontal driving circuit 57 in liquid crystal cells LC of the pixel circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
