PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change completion determination device of an automatic transmission capable of adequately determining completion of the speed change. SOLUTION: An ECT_ECU executes a program including a step (S114) of setting the determination time T to determine completion of the up-shift when an accelerator is turned off to be a short determination time T(X) when the slip value NS (NS=NE-NT) between the engine speed NE and the number of rotation NT of a turbine is smaller than the predetermined slip value NS(0) (YES in S112), and a step (S120) of setting the determination time T to be a long determination time T(Y) when the slip value NS(NS=NE-NT) is larger than the predetermined slip value NS(0) (NO in S112).
