PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of switching an optical finder and an electronic finder in accordance with a photographing situation. SOLUTION: This digital camera 10a is provided with a CCD 26 for picking up a subject image formed by an interchangeable lens 2, a half mirror 28 for reflecting the subject image made to pass through the interchangeable lens 2 and forming the subject image on a focal board 29 and a finder part 27 for guiding the subject image formed on the focal board 29 to an eyepiece 31. The finder part 27 is provided with an EVF (electronic viewfinder) display part 32 for displaying an image picked up by the CCD 26, and a moving mechanism 35 for moving the EVF display part 32 to a first position for guiding the subject image formed on the focal board 29 to the eyepiece 31 and moving the EVF display part 32 to a second position for guiding a display image displayed by the EVF display part 32 to the eyepiece 31.
