PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device capable of preventing the overspeed of an engine. SOLUTION: In the vehicular control device comprising a rotational speed sensor (27) provided on a vehicle, and a control means (1) to perform the control based on the output signal of the rotational speed sensor, the control means comprises noise detection means (3, 4) to detect the noise from the output signal of the rotational speed sensor, a noise determination means (S3) to determine whether or not the noise included in the output signal is temporary by comparing the level of the detected noise with the preset threshold, and a caution control means (S4) to execute the preset caution control if the result of determination of the noise is determined to be temporary noise.
