摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-speed guide device and a lubricating method thereof capable of effectively preventing the generation of unusual abrasion in a sliding surface and capable of maintaining sliding stability for a long time even in the case wherein a raceway shaft of a sliding member comprises a using condition of high pressure and low speed wherein they relatively move at 1.0 m/min. or less of relative speed under the high surface pressure condition at 1,200 MPa or more of surface pressure. SOLUTION: This low-speed guide device is provided with the raceway shaft having a rolling surface of a rolling body, the sliding member having a rolling surface for the rolling body opposite to the rolling surface, and a lubricant to be supplied between the raceway shaft and the sliding member to maintain lubrication between the raceway shaft and the rolling surface of the sliding member and the rolling body, and this guide device comprises using condition of high pressure and low speed wherein the raceway shaft and the sliding member relatively move at speed of 1.0 m/min. or less under high surface pressure. As the lubricant, a lubricating grease comprising at least mineral oil group and/or synthetic lubricating basic oil, a thickener and a solid lubricant and having a worked penetration of 250 or more (JIS K2220.7: 25°C) is used.
