PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device capable of avoiding the discharge of a storage battery connected to the charging device when a supply voltage source is interrupted. SOLUTION: A switch is provided in a parallel circuit. The switch interrupts the parallel circuit when a circuit supplying a charging current is separated from the supply voltage source.
