PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-cycle range finder capable of expanding a range-finding range up to 2π, without complicating circuit constitution. SOLUTION: This two-cycle range finder is provided with a Doppler unit 11 for detecting Doppler signals corresponding to two oscillation frequencies, an approach and separation determination part 16 for determining approach and separation, from the Doppler signal f2d based on the one oscillation frequency f2 detected by the Doppler unit, and a range finding determination part 17 for measuring a distance up to an object, from the Doppler signals f1d, f2d based on the two oscillation frequencies f1, f2 detected by the Doppler unit 11.
