PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for the games which enables the implementation of the announcement to the effect that the member players are eligible for the event set on the side of the ball storage managing unit with a card unit by eliminating the leakage of the information pertaining to the prepaid status to the administrative organization operating the ball storage replay system. SOLUTION: In the storage value managing unit, the member specifying information on the member player coinciding with the conditions of eligibility for the event is extracted pertaining to the storage member information on the member players and the information on the person eligible for the event containing the member specifying information extracted is transmitted to a relay device. The relay device judges whether the member player identified from the member identifying information transmitted from the apparatus for the games is the person eligible for the event involved based on the information for judging the person eligible for the event that enables the member player specified based on the member specifying information transmitted to be judged as the person eligible for the event. When the result of the judgment shows the effect that the player is the person eligible for the event, the direction of the announcement is transmitted to the apparatus for the games. The apparatus for the games makes an announcement to the effect that the member player is the person eligible for the event based on the reception of the direction of the announcement.
