PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner put-on belt which can be housed compactly when it is not used, which requires no time and labor to put on, and which is put on stably, on the assumption that the belt has general usefulness for carrying and using a general vacuum cleaner, and to provide a vacuum cleaner equipped with the belt. SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner support part 1 like a hammock covers the vacuum cleaner so as to surround the vacuum cleaner when putting the vacuum cleaner on the body. The structure of supporting tension occurring from the dead weight of the vacuum cleaner and the shape of the vacuum cleaner themselves with the body directly via a strap part 2 allows carrying of the vacuum cleaner stably on the body, does not require time and labor to put the vacuum cleaner on, and the cleaner is housed compactly.
