PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uterus treatment instrument capable of providing higher medicinal effects. SOLUTION: The uterus treatment instrument comprises a medicament releasing part 20 in contact with a cervical canal 100 for releasing danazol, a detachment preventive part 30 in contact with an endometrium 120 for preventing detachment of the medicament releasing part 20 from the cervical canal 110, and a tail part 40 with one end 41 attached to the detachment preventive part and the other end 42 exposed from the medicament releasing part 20. The medicament releasing part 20 is a rod-like member with elasticity made of a resin including danazol. The detachment preventive part 30 comprises a base shaft 31 and a branch shaft 32 with the root disposed on the base shaft 31 and the distal end brought into contact with the endometrium 120. The branch shaft 32 is formed slantingly to the base shaft 31 so that the branch shaft comes closer to the base shaft 31 as separated from the medicament releasing part 20.
