The invention relates to compositions based on irradiation cross-linkable polyester moulding materials containing polyesters with unsaturated dicarboxylic acids and having an improved heat deflection temperature. The invention also relates to moulded bodies, which contain said compositions and which are subjected to a treatment involving ionising radiation after the moulding process.
