The system has a smaller hollow cylinder (6) coupled with a wheel axle directly or over spokes and concentrically arranged in a larger hollow cylinder (1). Resilient spokes (3) include leap spring spokes, and connects the larger and smaller hollow cylinders in a resilient manner, where the connection of cylinder produces a radial spring action. The leaf spring spokes are spirally arranged in an area between walls of both cylinders. The smaller cylinder is fitted with spring spokes in an adjustable manner.
