The invention describes a kind of defibrase modified by polyethylene glycol and the method of making the same. To the solution of the defibrase, the Na2H PO4 solution is added, and then the activated polyethylene glycol or derivate thereof is added to reactive, and the reactive mixture is subjected to chromatography isolating using the gel filter chromatograph column, therefore the defibrase modified by polyethylene glycol is obtained. The defibrase modified by polyethylene glycol of the invention can substantially retain the biological activity of the defibrase, and the defibrase of the invention has lower immunogenicity and better stability than the unmodified defibrase at the same time. So the defibrase of the invention is more advantageous than the unmodified defibrase as the anticoagulating and thrombolytic drug. The method of making the defibrase modified by polyethylene glycol of the invention is simple and easily operated .The said defibrase modified by polyethylene glycol has the following structure formula: (I). |
