The invention relates to an anchoring clamp comprising only two pieces in one version or three pieces in a second version with two possible variants, thereby rendering the invention very economical. The design of the invention is such that a single model can be used to cover a large thickness to be clamped. The inventive device is particularly compact owing to the locking principle employed, thereby resolving numerous accessibility problems. The inventive principle also guarantees a clamping force which is perfectly controlled and which is pre-determined by the positioning apparatus. The anchoring clamp comprises a pull rod (1) and is characterised in that it also comprises a split locking bushing (2) having a bore diameter which is equal to the outside diameter of the rod (1). According to the invention, the aforementioned bushing is pre-stressed internally by means of initial deformation before the bore is formed. One possible variant involves the application of an external stress, in which case the split bushing is slippery and, at the outer conical surface thereof, flexible but stressed by another outer bushing (11) which is also conical, thereby maintaining the system by means of simultaneous wedging and radial deformation. The bushing (2) tightly clamps the rod (1) using a radial pressure, resulting in a resistance to sliding between the two pieces, which is directly proportional to the mutual friction coefficient thereof, thereby guaranteeing a clamping stress on an assembly to be clamped (3). The invention also relates to sample hydraulic positioning tools, tools comprising a delay system which enables a two-step operation as is necessary for the optimal positioning of the clamp in the three-piece version.
