The seal (12) to prevent an escape of pressure between two machine components (1,2) incorporates a second seal (8) after the first, in the direction where the pressure can dissipate. An opening (10) is between the two seals where pressure escaping through the first seal can be collected without a pressure loss for use by inflatable tubes (13) over the first seal. The second seal is of an elastic and/or flexible material to cover the angle between the vertical surface (9) of the first component and the horizontal surface (3,5) of the second component.
