<p>A playing device system (1) can be used by a number of players with various playing devices (2) at a distance from each other. Each of these devices can be connected to a common host computer (5) via a remote data transmission system (3) and they are controlled by a random symbol generator (7), which determines a winning combination of symbols (X). The random symbol generator (7) is associated with common host computer (5). The playing devices (2) constituting a display (8) indicating the winning combination (X) generated by the random symbol generator (7) and connected with an input device (9) to participate in the continuous determination of the winnings.
