Catalyst combinations for increasing trimer content in foam

Provided herein are compositions which are useful as catalysts in the production of polyisocyanurate foams. The compositions of the invention comprise N, N, N'-trimethylaminoethyl-ethanolanine in combination with one other catalysts useful in promoting trimerization of isocyanates. By promoting trimerization, isocyanate content of the foam is decreased which leads to a foam having better bum properties over prior art isocyanurate foams. Decreasing the isocyanate content of a foam should also lead to quicker de-mold of a molded foam because of reduced stickiness.
