A cassette for stacking specimens enabling a reduction in sizes of a specimen stacking body and a probe by increasing the stacking density of the specimens, a spotting device, and a specimen stacking device. In the cassette for stacking the specimens, the specimen stacking body and a winding body are disposed so that a specimen carrier can be delivered from the winding body having the specimen carrier wrapped therearound always at a specified angle relative to the specimen stacking body, the specimen stacking body is interlocked with the winding body, and a drive device for providing a synchronous drive force thereto can be connected to the cassette. The spotting device comprises the winding body thereon and a distributed member loading table, and vertically moving above the winding body and adhering the specimens from a distribution member to the specimen carrier. The specimen stacking device rotatably supports the winding body and comprises a rotatingly driving device for the winding body and the specimen stacking body and an energizing means connected to the rotatingly driving device and pulling it to one side. The rotatingly driving device for the specimen stacking body comprises a rotating shaft having the specimen stacking body fitted to one face side, a drive means for the rotating shaft, and a power supply for the drive means.
