The structural unit has two flanges to connect a cistern at a basement wall (40), which includes an aperture in an area of a basement shaft (12). Two parallel strip foundations attached outside the basement support the cistern. An excavation (52) at the wall is filled with earth masses till the levels of a manhole cover and a grille at the wall, after the unit is inserted into the excavation and is connected with the wall.
