The machine is characterized in that it comprises means for reeling off a film (10) in a reeling direction (D); at least one charging station (13) for the opening/closing systems (6); a station (14) for fixing the opening/closing systems (6) to the film (10); means for conveying (25, 28, 32, 38) the opening/closing systems (6) between said stations (13, 14), comprising means (42) which make it possible to control the position of the opening/closing systems (6), wherein the film is reeled off (D) gradually and the fixing station (14) ensures fixing of an opening/closing system (6) when the reeling off of the film (D) is interrupted.
