Processing server selection in a set of servers

The method involves sending a multicast request to processing servers (ST1-STN) by a sessions server (SS) or a user terminal. A response to the request is sent by each processing server to the server (SS) or terminal. An ordered list of addresses of available processing servers responded to the request is established so that selected processing server corresponds to primary address of the list and processes the request of the terminal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a system for selecting a processing server (B) a computer program implemented in an equipment for selecting a processing server in a set of processing servers.
