<p>The batch for producing the insulating element uses 45-60% by weight of expanded perlite, 30-50% water, 1-10% silica sol, 2-10% reinforcement and 0.1-0.5% water-repellent material. The process can us 50-58% perlite, 42-48& water, 2-4.5% silica sol,6-8% reinforcement. The size of the granules can be up to 3mm. The percentage of impurities is under 1% in total, with impurities in the form of iron ore comprising under 0.1% and other impure substances comprising under 0.9%. The insulating material has 65-95% by weight perlite, 2-20% silica sol, 2-20% reinforcement, and 0.1-0.5 water-repellant agents.</p> |
