The element has a connector (4) for the connection hose or tubular line (2) which lies axially opposite a second connector (11) for connection to a pipeline construction unit (3) such as a cleaning station. The first connector allows fluid to pass via a through-hole (5) traveling axially to the second connector. The second connector connects to the pipeline construction unit via a plug (12) with a bolt (19) positively locked to the plug. An independent claim is included for a pipe assembly.
