A toggle lever has a joint hook fastened to a central portal of a central support. A closing mechanism is inserted into a lock yoke and a pin is inserted into an upper bore or a lower bore to lock sliding panels together. The closing mechanism is removed from the lock yoke and the pin is removed from the bore to open the sliding panels.
