The door has a U-shaped plate (5) including a peripheral lever (6) and surrounding a thermal insulating material. A sealing plate (3) is hooked or riveted on the lever. F-shaped transversal section profiles (1) are disposed around the plate (5) and connected to the lever. A decorative panel (2) has its edge disposed in a housing formed by two parallel blades of the profiles, and the housing is oriented inside the door.
